**The role on offer**:
Naturally, you will be driven and creatively curious with an interest that spans the entirety of podcast genres - you won’t be genre siloed in this role

**The skills and experience you will need**:

- Strong experience producing compelling and commercial Shortcasts/Podcasts
- Experience collaborating with, and managing podcast talent to achieve goals of the business
- Demonstrated expertise in narrative construction and creative storytelling
- Is able to adapt style/output to optimise results depending on the intended audience
- Previous experience with Pro Tools (Advantageous)
- Excellent communication skills and influencing skills
- Ability to think-outside-the-box and challenge the status-quo
