**The Role**

Relevance AI is hiring a Lead Product Designer to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of designing intuitive and user-friendly experiences for our complex technical platform. Your primary focus will be on simplifying technical workflows without compromising the platform's powerful capabilities. This role is UX-heavy, and you will work alongside our talented team of designers & engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.

As a Lead Product Designer, you will take on end-to-end design responsibilities, from user research and prototyping to delivering final UI mockups. You will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects like redesigning our workflow builder and driving core feature enhancements.

**Your impact**
- Simplify complex technical workflows for an AI-powered platform while maintaining its technical depth.
- Lead the design of core product components such as the workflow builder, making them intuitive for users.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and founders to deliver top-notch user experiences.
- Bring clarity to ambiguous & diverse user needs & through research, wireframing, and prototyping, define new AI product UX
- Help mentor & grow the product design team, setup best practice processes

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong UX background with experience in complex platforms (no-code tools, marketing automation, etc.).
- Proven ability to deliver end-to-end design solutions from research to final mockups.
- Technical aptitude with an understanding of variables, workflows, and system interactions.
- Experience working on challenging product designs, especially involving complex workflows.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to rapid changes.
- Experience building products from 0 to 1
