The Japanese Mountain Retreat a boutique resort located in Montrose at the base of the Dandenong Ranges. We provide 5-star luxury treatments, accommodation, and mineral springs bathing.

We are looking for waitstaff with barista, bar, and cocktail experience to join our wonderful team.

Weekend availability is essential, and you will enjoy no late-night shifts with above award rates, weekend rates and conditions for suitably experienced successful applicants.

Our Oriental Lounge seats up to 30 adults where you will provide our guests with quality service surrounded by tranquillity and nature.

Please note limited public transport is available to the area, driver’s license & car is preferred but not required.
