We are currently seeking a **Cellar Attendant** to support our Beverage Team in ensuring our bar and beverage operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Reporting to the Beverage Manager and Duty Managers, the Cellar Attendant plays a vital role behind the scenes to ensure all bar areas are fully stocked, clean, and operating at their best. You'll be responsible for beverage inventory handling, equipment maintenance, and cellar hygiene — all critical to delivering the great service our members and guests expect.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Complete daily checks of bar and cellar equipment, including gas regulations
- Stock and replenish bar and food service areas for daily trade
- Receive and reconcile deliveries
- Perform regular beer line and equipment cleaning
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of cellar and storeroom
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and auto balers
- Support major events, functions, and stadium operations with stock prep and delivery

**About You**

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to high standards. You will also have:

- Current RSA & RCG (or willingness to obtain)
- Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability for a flexible roster including early mornings, nights, and weekends
- A strong safety mindset and WHS awareness
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
