We’re a small, expert team committed to managing every aspect of landscaping completely in-house, eliminating the need for contractors.
Our premium projects cover all facets of hard and soft landscaping, including paving, decking, retaining walls, concreting, turf installation, irrigation systems, planting, and more.

We’re seeking an experienced landscaper with strong attention to detail to join our supportive, high-performing team. We value a culture of respect, where everyone is encouraged to share ideas and feedback to help us grow and improve together.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Proven 2 years experience in hard landscaping, with a strong work ethic.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and a passion for landscaping and learning.
- A self-starter who can work independently when needed.
- Physically capable of outdoor work.
- Take pride in delivering high-quality work.
- A current driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- A non-smoker/vaper to support a healthy environment and respect clients' homes.

**HOURS OF WORK**:
Monday to Friday, 7am until 3pm (If the work gets done earlier, then you get to go home earlier)

**LOCATION**:
Mostly within 20kms of Joondalup (so we can get home nice an early rather than be stuck in traffic)

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Christmas bonus
