- Cashrewards is located in Sydney but we are a flexible business and welcome remote working.

**Your Focus**:

- Assist with Merchant investigation and setup via card providers including preparation of submission files
- Send Merchant invoicing/report files for CLR to internal and external contacts
- Assist with tracking tests for new merchants
- Setup store locations for in-store merchants
- Assist with direct merchant onboarding, validations and reporting
- Monthly manual only travel merchant validations
- Assist with historical transactions review of pending transactions
- Assist with closing out transactions queries
- Periodic review of merchant links
- Provide basic coverage for Operations staff on leave or during peak periods
- Ad-hoc tasks as required

**About You**:

- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, switching between tasks and working across teams
- Motivation and proactive attitude towards understanding and resolving issues as they arise
- A friendly and professional manner
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work in a team as well as autonomously in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail and high reliability
