SFG has successfully operated for over 20 years. We are a customer focused market leader in the production and distribution of award-winning smallgoods. We produce our products in Victoria and distribute across the Asia/Pacific region

We are looking for a full-time employee to join our growing team and fits the below requirements. The location is in Clayton South.

**Qualifications & experience**:

- Certificate 3 in Meat Processing (Smallgoods - Manufacture) including two years on the job training OR
- at least 3 years’ experience as a smallgoods maker
- Reliable and hard working
- Self-motivation, enthusiasm and ambition

**Tasks & responsibilities**:

- Assist in the manufacturing and production of smallgoods
- Preparing meat for specific products by cutting, mincing and grinding
- Selecting and preparing certain types of meats to produce a variety of smallgoods products
- Be proficient in operating machinery such as a mincer, bowl cutter, sausage filler, brine injector and smokehouse
- Prepare seasonings and other ingredients.
- Follow all OH&S requirements.

**Salary -** $70,000 - $75,000 per year plus superannuation
