**About the Role**

As Duty Manager, you’ll be a key leader on the floor — driving day-to-day operations, setting the tone for service excellence, and helping to foster a high-performing, positive workplace culture.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Lead and support daily operations across bars, bistro, café, gaming, and function spaces
- Supervise and mentor front-of-house staff to ensure service excellence and presentation standards
- Maintain compliance with venue policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Manage cash handling, incident reporting, and provide on-the-spot leadership during peak trade
- Deliver a warm, welcoming guest experience and contribute to ongoing venue improvement
- Work a rotating roster (including opens, mids, closes, weekends, and public holidays) aligned with Club operating hours

**You’ll Bring**:

- 2+ years in a similar leadership role within hospitality
- Current RMLV, RSA, RSG, Approved Managers License, and Police Check
- Strong people skills and a calm, solutions-focused approach
- Experience leading teams in high-volume environments
- Flexibility to work across a rotating 7-day roster
- Knowledge and experience in hospitality/club operations
- A willingness to grow and learn
