Our client is a locally owned and operated business that prides itself on delivering quality advice, solutions, and products within the pool and irrigation industries. With decades of experience in the industry and an extensive background of technical knowledge of pools, our client continues to build strong, long-lasting relationships with their customers. Located in the Hunter Region our client provides services across this area including Thornton to Singleton, Kurri Kurri, and Dungog.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the company owner we are currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable Pool Service Technician to join our clients servicing team. This role will focus on providing quality service, advice and repairs working with a range of customers, pools, pumps, filters, and chlorinators.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Cleaning and general maintenance of domestic pools
- Testing, balancing, and treatment of pool water
- Fault finding, troubleshooting, and problem-solving of pool equipment faults
- Equipment repairs, servicing, and maintenance as required
- Complete and maintain all paperwork for servicing, reporting, and invoicing
- Ensure all work areas and sites are kept organised, clean, and safe

**Skills and Experience**
- A minimum of 12 months of pool servicing and/or maintenance experience is essential
- Valid Manual Driver’s License is essential
- Availability to work Saturdays is essential
- Physically fit condition with the capacity for heavy lifting (salt & chlorine) and the ability to work in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
