**The Company**:
This position is being recruited for a widely recognised, **International Hydraulics and Engineered Solutions company**. Providing fluid power, motion control and hydraulic filtration solutions into a wide range of markets, such as defence, transport, OEM, mining, resource, construction and agriculture.

They can provide solutions from simple hose, fittings and connectors through to hydraulic filtration, monitoring and flow-control and complete hydraulic and pneumatic system integration.

Their products development teams able support their commercial objectives by continuously and consistently concepting new engineered solutions within the hydraulic and pneumatic markets. The ability to deliver both simple and complex solutions has put this company at the forefront of the market verticals that it works across.

**The Position**:
As the **Systems and Engineering Manager **based in the **Sydney Hills District **offices, this position is primarily responsible for leading Systems & Engineering team that designs and develops motion and control products and systems to meet customers' needs and conform to nominated engineering, safety, health and quality standards to achieve profitable growth.

On any given day your duties will involve:

- Lead the Systems, Product Engineering and Value Add teams
- Develop Systems strategies to contribute to the company's revenue and market share
- Collaborate with field and product sales teams
- Develop & maintain business relationships with customers
- Analyse and solve technical problems for both existing and potential customers
- Coach & mentor Systems Engineers in design of hydraulic and electric
- Lead & manage preparation of quotations and tenders for systems work
- The preparation of drawings and preliminary designs
- Drafting of schematics and generating a BOM
- Write systems manuals, test procedures, failure reports and commissioning reports
- Sign off test reports and witness testing conducted within the workshop

**The Package**:

- A base salary of up to **$160k PA** + Superannuation + Company Bonuses - depending on experience
- A sales incentive bonus scheme, paid annually (average 10% - 30% of your salary)
