**What you'll be doing**
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, sweets, savouries and other baked products to our exacting standards
- Ensure all baked goods are produced efficiently and to a consistently high quality
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of necessary supplies
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment in accordance with food safety regulations
- Collaborate with the wider team to identify opportunities for process improvement
**What we're looking for**
- Must have Formal training or certification in baking
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Baker in a commercial bakery environment
- Ability/knowledge to complete all areas of production - mixing and moulding dough, proofing and baking.
- Ability to use commercial bakery equipment - mixers, bun rounder, stick moulder, proofers and oven.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently and quickly under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to a positive team culture
- Passion for creating delicious baked goods
Pay: $73,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
