Xpert Connections Pty Limited trading as The french Table QLD (ABN: 48 152 417 297 Nominated location Unit 3/16 Doig St, Cleveland QLD 4163 are currently seeking to sponsor a Full-Time Restaurant Manager to join our business.
Key Responsibilities: As a Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for the complete operation of the restaurant, including the management of staff, health and safety, restaurant presentation and overall financial performance.

Duties and responsibilities but not limited to:
1. Coordinating the entire operation of the restaurant.
2. Managing and training staff at all times by constantly providing constant supervision and giving them feedback to maintain customer satisfaction -.
3. Responding to customer complaints and making sure that customers are satisfied at all times with service and food standards.
4. At times will meet and greet customers and organise efficiency in table reservations.
5. Recruiting, training and motivating staff constantly
6. Attending to clients requirement when organising functions
7. Organising and supervising the shifts of kitchen, waiting and cleaning staff.
8. Planning and coordinating menus in consultation with the Cook.
- **Housekeeping**:_
1. Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
2. Checking stock levels and ordering supplies paying attention to purchasing and pricing according to the budget.
- **Qualifications / Experience**:_
**In Australia**:
1. AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2)
2. At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above. In some instances relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification.
Qualifications and work experience required for the position are:
- In Australia: AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma
- And at least 2 years of work experience in the nominated occupation.
Salary offered : $70,000.00- $75,000 PER year
