Lead Little Hotelier’s demand generation program, from strategy, campaigns, planning of channels, journeys & nurtures, to performance optimisation across the funnel to deliver on growth targets. This unique role drives outcomes across both the sales funnel generating MQLs/SQLs as well as the digital funnel driving signup’s online.

The key responsibilities for this role include;
- Taking a data driven approach you will analyse the performance of Little Hotelier in key markets globally in order to make effective strategic and tactical recommendations. You will manage the day to day campaigns, optimisation, and journeys to minimise leaks in the funnel and drive up conversion rates. You will develop impactful campaigns and messaging designed to attract new prospects into the funnel and increase intent through education to drive up digital sign up rates/MQLs.

Strategic planning- Analysis of the funnel to identify opportunities and make strategic and tactical recommendations to drive conversion and minimise leaks
- Collaborate cross functionally with product marketing, sales and field marketing to understand market conditions, buyer profiles and competitors by market
- Develop a calendar of campaigns and promotions aligned to seasonality and search trends
- Work with the wider team to develop a test and learn approach to programs, identifying test criteria and optimising to learnings

Campaigns- Campaign planning for both the digital and sales funnel in collaboration with channel leads across performance marketing, SEO, content, field and Marketing
- OpsEnd to end campaign production management from concept and creative to message and creation of omni-channel assets and landing pages
- Developing strong briefs for cross functional teams e.g. studio and webIdentify key value propositions with product marketing in order to craft impactful campaign messaging eMail marketing management and segmentation of database

Journeys and UX- Make recommendations for a strong and consistent UX experience across multiple channels and touch points to include; channel campaigns, website/landing pages, digital set up, cart/payment and free period.
- Liaising with the wider team you will ensure that all channel content is briefed and optimised for conversion.
- Build eMail nurtures and nudges across the funnel to build pipeline

Performance Monitoring- Regular cadence of monitoring and reporting on funnel performance and results across GA, Salesforce and Quicksight/Tableau Analyse and interpret data, identify opportunities to pursue and weekly/monthly forecast against target
- Measure campaign effectiveness and ROI

The skills and technical competencies you will bring to the role include
- As a digitally savvy marketer you will be performance orientated to achieve significant new business growth through a well designed program driving brand awareness, traffic, engagement and conversion to lead/sign up across the funnel.
- 5+ years experience as a strategic and generalist marketing manager with experience across a blend of B2B and B2C eCommerce best practices
- Tertiary qualification in marketing or related fieldExpertise in creating and executing high performing campaigns with CRO principles
- Strong understanding of digital marketing in order to collaborate with channel experts to optimise Little Hoteliers digital channels such as SEM, Paid Social, Display and SEO
- Highly analytical and ability to make data driven recommendations
- Experience with eDM strategies: database growth, engagement, nurtures & nudging/cart abandonment programs
- Ability to measure performance and connect insights to inform decisions and make conversion recommendations - experience with digital analytics tools is a mustAbility to bring teams together with strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration
- Experience operating in global markets and understanding of localisation requirements Effective time management and project management skills
- Previous experience with Marketo and Salesforce a plus
