At Big Childcare we are heavily integrated into the School’s community, so from the get-go you will build strong relationships with children, parents, and teachers too

**About the Role**:

- Full creative freedom within your program
- Ensuring a safe environment is maintained.
- Management of your termly budget to help you plan and execute fun and engaging learning experiences that meet the needs of the children.
- Managing observations and compliance checks
- Rostering staff
- Managing food preparations and purchasing
- Running Games, Crafts, Arts, Sports and Cooking Activities
- Becoming part of the community by developing relationships with children, families and the school.

**About you**:

- Prior experience working as a Lead Educator/Coordinator in Before and After School care is desirable
- Sound understanding of the National Quality Framework
- Diploma or above in any of the Children's Services qualifications (ACECQA approved)
- Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
- Hold a valid WA Working With Children check (Employee)
- Department of Education Police Check (issued within the last 6 months or willing to obtain)
- Right to Work in Australia

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

- Afternoon shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:
