Essential: - Committed Christian involved in a local congregation. - Minimum of 5 years fulltime post-qualifying experience in the field of social work. - Experience in field education either as a Field Educator (Supervisor) and/or Field Education Liaison Officer. - Experience (5+ years) in the leadership, management and supervision of staff - Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and implement academic programs linked to good outcomes and high engagement. - Demonstrated high level networking and engagement skills and stakeholder management skills, specifically in industry settings relevant to social work. - Excellent oral and written communication skills, and confidence in presentations. - Proven organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. - An understanding of current and emerging trends in Social Work, higher education, and student wellbeing. - Experience in a higher education setting (or equivalent) would be an advantage.
