**Head of Communications**
- Permanent Full-time leadership position, 7 additional days off per year

We are looking for a creative, strategic and dynamic communications professional with a proven track record in building brands and inspiring audiences through compelling content and storytelling. Catholic Healthcare is on an exciting change trajectory with a new Strategic Plan, and we need someone who is also highly experienced in developing and leading large scale change communications within a complex and challenging stakeholder environment.

Reporting to the General Manager Marketing and Strategy, and with two direct reports, you will be responsible for Catholic Healthcare’s internal and external communication, including crisis management and media.

You will also be a key member of the Marketing Leadership Team contributing to the development of creative and content on campaigns.

We are looking for someone who has:

- A degree in communications, media, and/ or marketing.
- Extensive previous experience and success in a senior-level communication leadership role
- Exceptional capability in developing, writing and producing compelling content across a range of channels.
- Previous experience in the aged care sector preferred.
- Successful events management capability.
- Ability to lead, collaborate and influence in a matrix organisation with multiple project teams, deadlines and timelines.
- A curious mind with experience in new and emerging trends across marketing, advertising, public relations, social media, and executive and employee communications.
