**Position Descriptor**:
We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and skilled Junior Primary Nurture Class Teacher to join our team. This rewarding position involves creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment tailored to meet the unique needs of up to six young learners.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with students, parents, and colleagues to develop and implement personalised learning plans that foster growth and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver engaging, inclusive lesson plans designed to meet the specific needs of nurture class students.
- Cultivate a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation and personal growth.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and fellow educators to support student development and holistic well-being.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular, constructive feedback and support.
- Implement strategies tailored to support students with diverse learning needs and backgrounds.
- Lead and work alongside a full-time School Services Officer (SSO).
