**KEY KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE**

To be successful in your role, you will have demonstrated and/or acquired the following knowledge and experience:

- You are able to empower and unite employees around clear objectives by acting as a coach and servant leader, which mobilises influencing and “team first” skills
- D eep understanding of cost estimation and knowledge management for ILS related activities
- Reliability engineering, maintainability engineering and maintenance (preventive, predictive and corrective) planning
- Supply (spare part) support acquire resources
- Support and test equipment/equipment support
- Manpower and personnel
- Training and training support
- Technical data/publications
- Computer resources support
- Facilities, packaging, handling, storage and transportation
- Design of Support Systems and the interfaces between Mission and Support systems
- Continuous improvement and a capacity to develop a strategic vision

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor of Engineering Degree or equivalent.
- 15+ years experience in acquisition projects within major Defence Engineering projects
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
