As the force of our creative storytelling, you'll conceptualise, design, and deliver visually stunning assets that elevate our brand presence across diverse online and offline channels. With 5+ years of experience in multimedia design - you'll have the opportunity to push boundaries, set new standards of excellence, and make a lasting impression through your craft.

What are we looking for?
- Proven experience as a Multimedia Designer or Video Editor, with a strong portfolio
- Proficient in pre-production, video and motion design, editing, and post-production
- Proficiency with industry-standard software and equipment for both video and graphic design
- Tertiary level qualifications in Multimedia, Film Production, Communications or a relevant field
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and their requirements
- Ability to translate creative concepts into compelling visual assets across multiple platforms
- High attention to detail with a strong eye for composition, lighting, and aesthetics
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills and commitment to working in a team
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with the flexibility to adapt to evolving project requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly developed initiative and creativity
- Well-developed decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Capability to work autonomously as well as within a large, dynamic team

Desirable
- Comprehensive knowledge of financial services products and services, and direct response principles
- Experience or familiarity with accessibility standards
