BTP Group is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Advisor.

**Key Responsibility**
- Promote a healthy, safe, and environmentally responsible working environment
- Conduct workplace inspections, interactions, and positive incident investigations to learn how work is done (technical and behavioral risk controls)
- Engage front-line leaders and build capability in HSE knowledge and skills
- Champion environment, social, and governance (ESG) improvements
- Be part of a team that challenges traditional thinking and approaches to health & safety, and embraces safety differently
- Analysis of HSE data and compile reports to improve understanding of performance and help inform future strategy and actions

**Skills/Experience**
- Member of AIHS and Certified Health & Safety Practitioner is highly desirable
- Minimum Diploma of Health and Safety, with tertiary qualifications preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience in an HSE role
- Ability to interpret legislation, Australian Standards, Codes of Practice, and relevant industry practices.
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Valid manual Australian driver’s license.
