**Job Title**: Pressure Washer Technician

**Department**: Maintenance/Cleaning Services

**Location**: Greater Brisbane

**Employment Type**: Casual 8 days per fortnight

### **Job Summary**:
A Pressure Washer Technician is responsible for cleaning and maintaining various surfaces using high-pressure washing equipment. The technician will clean surfaces such as building exteriors, sidewalks, driveways, decks, and other structures. The role requires attention to detail, knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment, and adherence to safety guidelines.

### **Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain high-pressure washing equipment.
- Clean building exteriors, sidewalks, driveways, fences, roofs, and other surfaces.
- Inspect work sites to assess cleaning requirements and determine necessary equipment and chemicals.
- Safely use ladders and other equipment to reach high or difficult-to-reach areas.
- Remove mold, grime, dirt, and other contaminants from surfaces using high-pressure water streams.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of pressure washing equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing concerns.
- Document and report any property damage or safety hazards encountered during cleaning.

### **Requirements**:

- Experience in operating pressure washing equipment (preferred but not required).
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and use of PPE.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and work quality.
- Valid driver’s license

### **Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with different types of surfaces and cleaning techniques.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their safe usage.
- Good communication skills for customer interactions.

### **Working Conditions**:

- Outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
- Physical demands include standing, kneeling, and climbing.
- Use of specialized equipment and cleaning chemicals.
Option available for weekly car allowance if able to use own vehicle (Ute or van).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
