**The opportunity**
- Support the creation of marketing materials that support product lines to achieve optimal in-store and online experiences
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customers for purposes of supporting promotional activities, merchandising, and in-store displays
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that new packaging artwork is developed on time and in accordance with marketing objectives
- Develop marketing tools to allow retailers and brands to determine which products consumers are looking for within specific product lines
- Design and integrate all new point-of-sale materials according to the brand’s perspective to enhance the customer experience in-store
- Organise, coordinate, and participate in promotional events to enhance brand reputation
- Assist in the creation and implementation of brand campaigns
- Support all marketing-related activities and projects in partnership with the Marketing Manager and participate in team projects
- Distribute product updates across the organisation for product launches, coordinate product feedback, and resolve issues as part of the Marketing team

**Skills and experience**
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role and/or industry
- Ability to manage projects through their full life cycle
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and navigating systems
- Meticulous attention to detail, high standards of quality
- Punctual, courteous, hard-working, and flexible
- Sense of creativity and an aptitude for identifying attractive designs
