Wait Staff/barista

We are a well-established restaurant group currently operating venues in Mont Albert and Eltham. Our Eltham venue currently operates on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday's.

We have 2 positions available at Eltham and are currently looking for experienced front of house hospitality specialist to join our friendly team at Eltham. The first position is a full time Supervisor role, and the second position is a part time front of house role. These are both permanent roles.

To be successful, you will need to demonstrate:

- Proven experience in a busy restaurant environment and be familiar with all aspects of restaurant operations
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Show initiative and be accountable
- Be reliable, punctual, and well-presented
- A 'hands on' and 'can do' attitude
- Must be available weekends
- Can lead, manage and mentor junior staff
- Have a valid Victorian RSA
- Have strong “barista” skills

- 8 hour shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
