**The role**
As a Legal Assistant, you will be supporting 2 Principals and Team (4 in total) in the Insurance Litigation area. You will be working in the Professional Indemnity/Medical Negligence department. Duties include mínimal dictation, editing of court documents and correspondence, organising medico legal appointments, monthly billings, diary management, organising meetings, screening calls, organising travel, organising conferences and mediation's, preparation of Briefs to Counsel, client reporting, drafting and submitting Medicare/Centrelink forms, conflict searches and general PA/Administrative duties.
**You**
You will have a minimum of 3 years legal secretarial experience, some in the Insurance, Personal Injuries OR Litigation area. A minimum of 60 wpm and intermediate Word skills are also essential.
**The firm**
National Law Firm. Opened in Brisbane in 2015 and are expanding. 25 staff based in the Brisbane CBD. Offer work from home after training of 1,2 days a week.
**The Salary**
Salary is negotiable, dependent upon experience (up to $94350 package including super).
