Paintless Dent Repairer

**PDR Technician - Join Our Team (Full-Time, On-Site)**

We’re looking for an experienced Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) Technician to join our high-volume automotive business. You’ll be based at one location, handling all dents for our vehicles an estimated 10-15 cars per day depending on the number of dents per car.

**Your Role**:

- Perform high-quality PDR work on our used and retail stock, including hail repairs
- Maintain efficiency to meet daily KPI targets for work volume and quality
- Work closely with our reconditioning and quality control teams to keep turnaround times tight

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience as a PDR technician (hail repair experience preferred)
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality finishes
- Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing standards
- Reliable, self-motivated, and a team player

**Hours**: Mon-Fri 8am-4.30pm
