We are seeking a dedicated and professional housekeeper to join our growing company. You will perform various housekeeping duties, including vacuuming, mopping, surface cleaning, dusting, and changing linen. Attention to detail is required. The right person is punctual, thorough but fast, and eager to learn—only mature people wanting to work and earn money need to apply.

Housekeeper

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products; ensure safe and sanitary storage and care of products.
- Perform general sweeping, scrubbing, and mopping of the tiled floor and walls.
- In charge of vacuuming equipment; vacuum and clean carpets and perform further treatments such as stain-removal as needed
- Dispose of trash from bins and containers.
- Dust and wipe furniture and room accessories as needed
- Scrub sinks, basins, showers, and toilets in bathrooms
- Change linens and gather used linens such as sheets or towels for laundering.
- Clean glass surfaces, mirrors, and counters as needed
- Keep all public spaces neat and clean.
- Report repairs and replacements needed when encountered

Housekeeper Requirements and Qualifications
- Physically able to push vacuum cleaners for extended periods.
- Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during the daily routine, with the ability to stand for extended lengths of time
- Previous experience cleaning is preferred; training will be provided, but not necessary to be experienced and happy to train if required.
- Pays attention to detail when cleaning
- Organised and able to follow a schedule
- Ability to follow verbal directions
- Rooms to be completed by 2 pm

The days needed for cleaning are Tuesday and Wednesday mornings. Start from 9 am.

**Job Types**: Casual, Contract

**Salary**: From $28.00 per hour
