**Location**:New Town, Tasmania

**Pay rate**:$34-37 per hour + Super

**Day**:Thursdays

**Hours**:8:30am-4:30pm (or similar)

**Children**:2.5 year old and 5 month old

**Start date**:As soon as they find the right person.

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**
This friendly former Nanager family has returned to us to seek a nanny for their infant and toddler on Thursdays, now that mum is returning to work. They have grandparent support with their boys on other days.

The right person for this role will be confident with young babies and have experience caring for multiple young children at once. The family is keen to work with someone who is nurturing, playful, and has excellent communication skills. First Aid Training (including anaphylaxis awareness) is essential, as the children do have some allergies.

The parents are seeking someone who will engage the boys in developmentally-appropriate activities while ensuring safety. They're happy to ensure you have whatever you need to enjoy crafts, cooking, outdoor play, and other fun with the children. The children's care and needs is the focus of this role, with just the expectation of tidying up after meals/activities.

**ABOUT THE FAMILY**
Both parents work, with Mum working from home in a home office separate from the main home. The family has a cat, who will spend the day with her in the office.

The 2.5 year old is active and playful, and has been adjusting well to 'big brotherhood'. The 4 month old's routine is mostly needs-based at the moment, but the parents will likely introduce more of a sleep routine in the coming months.
