28 hours per fortnight at our Penrith facilities and casual at Emu Plains
- Permanent Part Time Position

**What do we need you to do?**

You will ensure that that you deliver our person-centred approach with all Uniting team and stakeholders. You will go beyond basic assistance with enquires and office tasks, to work collaboratively with management ream to support clients and their families to achieve their goals. Your role will also include:

- Facilitate quality, timely and effective communication maintaining privacy and confidentiality of each client
- Engage and build community connections, promoting the services of Uniting
- Monitor supplies and consumables and re-order as needed, in line with relevant budgets
- Perform various administration tasks such as capturing enquires, preparation of rosters, purchasing and client bookings.

**What do we need you to bring?**
- Ideally, we’re looking for previous experience in aged or community care but if you’re qualified within the similar industry, then we’d love to hear from you too.
- You’ll need to be resilient and resourceful, and be able to live our values of compassion, respect, imagination, and boldness every day.
- Certificate 3 in Business Administration, Customer Service or equivalent experience.
