Caboolture, Australia Your Care Hub Full time

Join a diverse team of support workers servicing the Moreton Bay region and surrounds offering superior care and companionship to all our participants. You will have experience working with psychosocial disability and mental health. Supports will include social and community access, assistance with daily living, day programs, and respite.

Duties will vary according to the participant's support plan but may include:

- Assisting people to perform important daily activities
- Facilitating daily personal hygiene and dressing tasks
- Performing home-based tasks such as food preparation and housework
- Undertaking tasks outside the home such as shopping
- Ensuring varied programs of social activities
- Providing emotional support and friendship

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $28.95 - $41.54 per hour

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
