We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic barista/all rounder to join our team

**Responsibilities**:

- welcoming customers, taking their orders and handling payments
- grinding coffee using a coffee grinder and adjusting the grinder as needed
- preparing espresso-based coffee drinks, such as long black, flat white, caffè latte and cappuccino
- preparing other beverages, including tea, hot chocolate and frozen drinks
- keeping coffee-making equipment clean throughout the day and following a procedure to thoroughly clean the equipment at the end of the day
- replenishing shelves and fridges with items such as baked goods, snacks and bottled drinks

A must have:

- coffee making experience
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work as part of a team
- knowledge of hygiene and food safety regulations
- ability to work under pressure
- good attention to detail
- good literacy and numeracy skills

Must be available to work Monday to Friday between 7 am to 2 pm.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $27.50 - $31.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangholme, VIC 3175: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Barista: 2 years (required)
- Customer service: 2 years (required)
