Dental Assistant

Our Coogee branch has a growing patient base and is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team on a casual basis with opportunities to go permanent. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist dentists during various dental procedures.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
- Ensure the dental operatory is clean and well-organized.
- Provide patients with pre
- and post-operative instructions.
- Manage patient records and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain a high standard of infection control protocols.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred.
- Certificate III in Dental Assisting or equivalent is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to patient care.
- Flexibility to work varying hours as needed.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 8 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Coogee NSW 2034: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Dental assisting: 2 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
