**Experienced Boat Detailer Wanted**

$30-$38/hr | Casual to Start | Mobile business servicing Fremantle to Hillarys and yacht clubs along the Swan River.

If you're someone who takes pride in honest work, doesn’t mind getting your hands dirty, and values a good day’s effort — we might be a great fit.

At Ami Marine, we don’t overhype ourselves. We’re a small, hands-on crew who back each other, keep standards high, and leave egos at the door. No fluff. No drama. Just solid work on some of WA’s best boats, with a great view most days.

What’s in it for you:
**$30-$38/hr**, depending on your experience, skill, and attention to detail

Casual to start, with potential to move into part-time or full-time

Consistent, well-paced work

**Monday to Friday** - no weekends unless you're keen (a few in summer)

Work ute, gear and tools provided when needed

Flexibility once trained and trusted

Regular reviews, a fair rate, and potential to grow with us

We’re looking for someone who:
**Has experience in boat/yacht detailing (or detailing in the auto/marine world)**

**Works well independently and in a small team**

**Takes pride in their work — no cutting corners**

**Is punctual, reliable, and practical**

**Has common sense and initiative - we don’t micromanage**

**Is physically fit, confident on and around water (and can swim)**

**Has their own transport and is good with directions**

**Can be flexible when the day calls for it (occasional short notice jobs)**

**Bonus points (but not deal breakers)**:
**Current driver’s licence**

**Registered, reliable car**

Prior experience in labouring, detailing, or marine work

This role won’t suit you if:
You’re just looking for a quick filler job

You don’t genuinely enjoy hands-on work

You need chasing up or constant reminders
