**Job Description**:
As a Commercial Cleaner at Less Mess Maddie, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our clients. Your attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness will contribute to the overall positive experience of everyone who interacts with our facilities. You will be responsible for ensuring that our commercial spaces are well-maintained, reflecting our commitment to excellence. No prior cleaning experience is required, just a willingness to learn and be reliable.

**Responsibilities**:
Training will be provided, and such you are expected to uphold our high standards of cleanliness for our clients. Expected tasks are cleaning and sanitising bathrooms, kitchens, desks and common areas, as well as emptying bins.

Follow established safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
Properly use and store cleaning agents and chemicals according to safety standards.

Report any maintenance issues or repair needs to the supervisor promptly.
Communicate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure efficient task coordination.

Follow assigned cleaning schedules and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Be flexible to accommodate additional cleaning requests or changes in the schedule.

**Requirements**:

- A current Australian accepted drivers license and insured car
- Police check
- WWC (employee) and White Card (if you do not have these, please be willing to obtain them)
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on maintaining cleanliness and order.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with colleagues and supervisors.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work during non-standard hours, including evenings and early mornings.
