**The Role**
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Superintendent to join our project at West Musgrave in Central Western Australia.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Superintendent will oversee and ensure safe & cost effective maintenance activities on site.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Leading from the front and driving our culture and vision to lead the industry through safety;
- Effective planning and managing of resources to ensure the completion of maintenance schedules are on time and within budget;
- Driving operational efficiencies for all maintenance related activities;
- Overseeing the mobilisation and demobilisation of plant and equipment for the project; and
- Providing effective leadership and supervision through ‘on the ground’ presence, direction, guidance and feedback to teams and individuals.

**The successful applicant will have**:

- Current drivers’ licence;
- Heavy Diesel Fitter Trade qualification_;_
- Completion of S1, S2 and S3 qualifications (essential);
- Previous experience in supervisory/management roles;
- Demonstrated experience maintaining Caterpillar, Hitachi mobile equipment; Kenworth and Mack Trucks and a wide range of ancillary gear;
- Previous civil/mining industry experience;
- Experience with and confident using Microsoft Office and maintenance related systems (MEX) etc.;
- Effective planning ability, time management, and prioritisation;
- Confident communication with the ability to effectively liaise with other employees, clients, suppliers and sub-contractors;
- Self-motivation with a positive attitude;
- Desire to work in remote locations; and
- A hands-on approach.
