Electrical Lecturers

We are looking for experienced Electricians in any field to join our client as Electrical Lectures in their brand new facilities in Balga.
As a Lecturer you will bring your experience and expertise in Electrical trades to plan, develop and deliver training and assessment to students in this study area, including apprentice, pre-apprenticeship and pre-vocational.

As a lecturer:

- you will bring your experience and expertise in Electrical trades to plan, develop and deliver training and assessment to students in this study area, including apprentice, pre-apprenticeship and pre-vocational
- your primary role is to teach, facilitate learning, assess and mentor students in accordance with relevant curriculum and/or training package requirements
- you will undertake Professional Activities and Activities Related to Delivery
- In order to maintain quality educational services, lecturers are required to keep abreast of technological and other developments in their field through professional development to
- You provide up-to-date information and advice to the College and industry, where appropriate
- You have a technical background to understand and relate to the team and students
- It is essential that you are able to mentor and have common sense
- you will bring a positive attitude and have a professional attitude
- you have excellent communication and written skills
- you are Australian citizen or permanent resident
- you hold a WA Electrical Licence
- you have completed several years in your Electrical trade
- you hold a Electrical trade certificate

On offer is:

- A fulltime permanent role, 5 days a week, Monday to Friday and 37.6 hours
- Salary starts from $101.402 - $108,501 + superannuation per year depending on level of experience and qualifications
- Working from the brand new Balga TAFE facilities but you may need to cover other campuses as required (this does not happen often)
