**THE OPPORTUNITY**
As a Casual Gaming Attendant at Plumpton Hotel, you will be responsible for:

- Delivering exceptional customer service to all guests
- Perform general cleaning duties as required
- Poker machine maintenance and drink service
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Address and resolve inquiries on the gaming floor

**WHO ARE YOU**
As a driven, enthusiastic and focused individual you will possess the following attributes and skills:

- Must have current RSA and RCG (ARCG highly desirable)
- Must have an advanced RCG.
- Excellent communicator & team player
- Gaming Attendant experience preferred
- Thrives on providing exceptional customer service to all customers
- Sound competency in the end-to-end sequence of service
- Night-time availability is required, plus ability to work weekends
