**Warehouse Manager**

We're an established local manufacturer experiencing exciting growth.

Our commitment to quality craftsmanship and premium products has built our reputation in the market, and we're looking for a dedicated Warehouse Manager to join our close-knit team.

**The Role** We're seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our compact but efficient warehouse operation.

You'll lead a team of 8 dedicated workers, ensuring smooth operations while maintaining the high standards our premium products demand.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch
- Lead and develop a team of 8 warehouse staff
- Ensure accurate inventory management and stock control
- Coordinate with production and sales teams to meet customer demands
- Maintain workplace safety standards and procedures
- Implement process improvements to support our continued growth
- Handle quality control for incoming and outgoing products
- Manage relationships with freight and logistics providers

**What You'll Need**
- Proven warehouse management experience, ideally 3+ years
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing small teams
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities
- Forklift licence and warehousing certifications preferred
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Understanding of WHS requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment
