**Customer Experience Representative - Sydney, NSW**

**Purpose**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Expands sales in existing accounts by proactively targeting clients via telephone to promote new and existing products.
- Provides point of contact for post-sale enquiries, whilst liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure our service levels whilst providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts.
- Maintains accurate records of communication with customers via CRM and provides feedback for continuous improvement purposes.
- Engages in education-building and training opportunities in order to improve and supplement job and industry knowledge.
- Maintains excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support a positive collaboration culture within the business.
- Actively demonstrates ATG values to ensure a sound and united business culture.
- Other functions as directed by the Customer Service Manager for which you are suitably experienced and/or qualified for.
- Previous experience in a similar sales/customer service/experience / account exec role.
- SAP experience desirable but not essential.
- Closing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of CRM software (preferably Salesforce) and MS Office.
- Strong business acumen with problem-solving attitude.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Experience within a contact center environment would be highly desirable but not essential.
