Supreme Hospitality now has an exciting opportunity available for a Public Area Attendant to join its enthusiastic and successful team on a casual basis.

Position Requirements:

- Vacuum floors, hallways, Clean restrooms and all public areas.
- Sweeps, mops, scrubs, waxes. vacuums and polishes floor.
- Collects soiled linen and restocks linen supplies on the floors and strips room if required
- Assists in keeping the lobby area clean, neat and free of debris and
- Removes Rubbish as needed.
- Maintains housekeeping carts, guest amenities and stocks supplies to par levels
- Helps the room attendants with heavy lifting and special cleaning
- Report maintenance requirements
- Reporting any lost property following correct hotel procedures
- Ensuring all equipment is maintained, used and stored correctly
- Using correct chemicals for cleaning purposes using safe work practices
- Ensuring all WH&S policies and procedures are followed

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous work experience in a similar position (will be advantageous).
- A strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- The ability to act consistently with clear ethics and values in accordance to confidentiality.
- Superior customer service skills along with the capability of working both autonomously and as part of a team.
- The ability to create a positive first impression with an understanding of the importance of five star grooming standards.
- The flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
- Unrestricted rights to work in Australia

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
