**As an educator you will be responsible for the following**:

- Assist with hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children.
- Communicate daily with parents. Document and share the important milestones in their child's day.
- Keep the rooms safe and clean by following important procedures and guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organisational, punctuality, communication skills
- Certificate III or diploma in early childhood
- Genuine passion for childcare

**Compensation Range**:$28.53-$32.12 **+** **Worker retention scheme allowance (an extra 15% from the award rate)**
