WesTrac is looking for a detail-oriented** Used Equipment & Rental Officer** to join our team at Perth Branch, Reid Road Airport Precinct, WA.

This role is responsible for the provision of efficient and effective financial, administrative and logístical support for all aspects of the purchase and sale processes of used equipment & rental, thus ensuring that Customer requirements are met and WesTrac objectives are achieved.

The duties of this role include but are not limited to; managing signed sales agreements, raising invoices, handling customer transactions, monitoring and reviewing SAP reports, create and issue purchase orders and complete audits.

**Location**: Reid Road, Perth Precinct

**Roster**:5 days a week, 8 hours per day (Permanent, Full-Time)

**To be successful the following is required**:

- Previous experience within an inventory and/or stock control environment
- Sound understanding of general ledger reconciliation experience and understanding of accounting systems
- Ability to work successfully in a team and autonomously
- Sound problem solving ability
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships with suppliers and clients
- Advanced time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet objectives
- Exposure to Rental and Used Equipment industries desirable
- Experience with SAP
- ‘C’ Class Drivers Licence
