Are you passionate about the hair and beauty industry and committed to delivering exceptional customer service? Professional Salon Suppliers is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant at our wholesale hair, nail, and beauty supplies store.

**To be successful in this role you must**:

- Have previous experience in the hair industry.
- Strong knowledge of hair, nail, and beauty products (Extra training provided for product knowledge.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and on your own.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Available Monday
- Friday (No weekend work)

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Assisting professional customers in selecting products that meet their salons needs.
- Provide expert advice and product knowledge to customers.
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system.
- Maintain a clean and organised store environment.
- Receive and stock inventory.
- Pick and Pack orders.
- Answering phone calls.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
