**The Role**

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Corporate Catering Manager to join the team based in our Brisbane Corporate Office. This role will include regular travel to Civeo sites when required.

This role is responsible for assisting the Corporate Catering Manager with enhancing Civeo’s food and beverage offerings, with a key focus on development, continuous improvement, driving standards and cost efficiencies across the organisation.

The role will also be required to assist with updating menus, identifying value-added opportunities, perform administrative duties, and implement customer and client initiatives such as nutritional programs and seasonal events.

**About You**

To be successful, you will have:

- Significant experience in a management role within the hospitality industry.
- Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery would be advantageous.
- Certificate in Food Safety/Hygiene (essential)
- Degree in Business or Hospitality Management would be advantageous.
- Quality Auditor (desirable)
- Manual C Class Drivers (essential)
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in a senior kitchen management role within the remote hospitality Industry, hotel, or restaurant environment
- Experience in HACCP and Quality Management Systems.
- Experience in high volume catering or food manufacturing environment.
- Experience in product development, testing and implementation preferred but not essential.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft software packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint is necessary.
