Customer Service Attendant

We have the perfect opportunity for an All-Rounder Customer Service Attendant to join our Vikings Sport Club’s growing team on a casual basis.

As a member of our team, you will thrive on providing excellent customer service to all our Members and Guests. You will have the opportunity to work across both our Gaming and Food & Beverage areas within the Club including:

- Bistro and Bar service
- TAB and Keno facilities
- General Purpose service

**Does this sound like you?**
- Passionate about delivering prompt and friendly customer service to all Members and Guests
- Exceptional grooming and presentation
- Able to communicate and build relationships with a variety of people
- Excels in a team environment
- Previous experience in Gaming, Keno and/or TAB will be highly regarded

**What will help you succeed in the role?**
- Current RSA, RCG and Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain
- Experience with a POS system and accurate cash handling skills
- Driver’s license and own reliable transport
