**C&K Yuingi Community Childcare Centre** is a unique centre that caters for up to 70 children across 5 learning spaces. Our Centre is now looking for a **Lead Educator** who is passionate about working alongside children in their early years.

At C&K Yuingi Community Childcare Centre, we are proud of our spacious natural environment and use this as a catalyst for challenging and open-ended play where children are provided with uninterrupted time to explore and engage in learning. We respect children as powerful learners, thinkers and theorisers and active citizens.

Our long-term, friendly, calm and engaging Teachers and Educators collaborate to create a supportive and welcoming environment for children, families and educators. With a strong focus on relationship pedagogy, honouring first nations people, children's rights, professional leadership, community partnerships and social justice & equity, we recognize and respect the early years as pivotal in children's lives.

You will be working on a **permanent full-time basis for 40 hours per week.** We are looking for a **Lead Educator** who can be flexible, and work shifts between the hours of **7.00 am to 6.00 pm on rotating rosters**.
