We are seeking an experienced **Recruitment Specialist (Head Office - Applecross)** to support our Project and Site operations in WA.

**Your Roles Duties and Responsibilities**:
The person in this role will be responsible for recruiting personnel for all projects based in the Head Office (HO) and onsite and will report directly to the HR/IR Manager.

This role will involve managing the entire recruitment process, excluding onboarding, training, and inductions for personnel mobilising to site. The position will require initiative, sound reasoning, and decision-making skills.
- White and Blue-collar recruitment for current projects
- Liaise with Project Managers on requirements for personnel on the project.
- Advertisements on SEEK and other social media sites for required positions.
- Conducting face-to-face/team’s interviews.
- Perform other organisational duties that may be necessary to suit operational requirements.
- Take responsibility for your safety, uphold the Company OHS&E policies and participate in Company OHS&E initiatives.

**About you**:

- Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources Management.
- 5+ years’ experience in the Construction industry.
- Familiar with digital/social media recruitment platforms with a strong connections database
- Superior attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Recruitment Management Systems and Onboarding software e.g. ERMS etc
- Experience working on multiple disciplinary projects.
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Suite.
