We are excited to offer an exciting opportunity for Lead Diploma Educators or Diploma Support Educators and Certificate 3 Educators to join a team for a newly built and stunning service The resources provided are AMAZING The organisation is well-established and known for its understanding and incredibly supportive approach towards educators with little staff turnover.

These are full-time positions located within the Brunswick East Area.

**Job tasks and responsibilities**
- Managing and implementing high-value programs
- Collaboration and supporting co-workers
- Developing trustful and respectful relationships with children
- Building positive partnerships with families
- Collaborate with open communication with the centre manager
- Attending designated meetings and training

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Diploma in Early Childhood or higher (ACECQA recognised)
- **MINIMUM** of 1 year full-time experience in leading a room and overseeing the program
- At Least 1 year experience in a support role as diploma or certificate 3 capacity within early childhood setting.
- Sound understanding and knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework
- High level of observation and well-written ability in documentation
- Proper understanding of Education and Care Regulations
- Current WWCC
- Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma
- Full working rights in Australia (no restrictions)
