Join a global, European luxury fashion brand who are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join their gorgeous boutique in Chadstone, VIC.

**Your new role**
You must be dedicated, hardworking with a passion for fashion and retail and maintain a drive to succeed. You must understand visual merchandising, training and development, and excellent customer service.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Engage and excite the team and clients with new product arrivals and bestseller deliveries information.
- Build & maintain the category client base to increase loyalty, acquisition, and retention of new clients.
- Achieve store budgets & KPI’s, increase the clientele database, and manage the daily store operations and sales team to ensure staff are trained and motivated.
- Provide support to the Boutique Manager.
- Be a primary keyholder to the store - for store opening and closing responsibilities.
- Nurture and maintain an efficient and positive working environment in store
- Obtain qualitative feedback from clients and identify missing opportunities in terms of sizes and styles.
- Effectively communicate all messages/KPI’s from Merchandising to the Store Team.
- Attend regular catch ups with Merchandising to share feedback, sales review, targets, and action plan.
- Provide specific training coaching on sales technique & product knowledge to develop each Store Team members knowledge and selling skills.
- Work with the team to create and share weekly themed mix & match images
- Working with the VM Coordinator, proactively remind the team on the assortment that are not currently on display and communicate with VM & Merchandising of necessary changes.
- Assist Store Management Team to conduct category stock takes and resolve any discrepancies.
