Our client is a small financial planning company that provides the best service and financial advice possible to clients, in the midst of changes to the domestic and global economies as well as domestic laws for over 20 years in the industry.

**About the role**:

Reporting to the Client Services Manager, the Client Services Officer will be responsible for supporting and liaising with the team to provide excellent customer service and care to the clients. This person will support the team by answering client phone calls and meetings, documentation preparation, and liaising in managing compliance schedules for excellent customer experience.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Build and sustain client relationships as first point of contact catering to incoming calls and queries;
- Ensure client enquiries are handled properly in a timely manner;
- Coordinate with Centrelink when necessary to gather information needed and liaise with clients for updates;
- Prepare the team’s client documentation and fact finds are up to date delivering outline of previous and current financial plans;
- Review client database ensuring all details are accurate; AND
- Generate and arrange reports on behalf of the advisors such as Records of Advice as required.

**Technical Skills & Qualifications required include**:

- Proven track record and passionate in customer service catering to your clients;
- Solid attention to detail and can work under pressure;
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a continuous improvement mindset;
- Strong administration and time management skills; AND
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
