
Customer Service/admin/marketing Assistant

Work with the Founder in our exciting pet food ‘scale-up’ to be an integral part of the realisation of the FurFresh vision to take a refreshingly different approach to pet food. You will play a part in cementing the brand’s mission to empower pet pawrents all over the world to feed fresher, better food. This role will be an integral part to our customer service and marketing functions by providing a positive, refreshingly different level of customer service and brand communications.
- Respond, action/escalate and clear customer service tickets via FreshDesk cloud based management software.
- Daily order entry from our eCommerce platform (Shopify) into our 3PL Warehouse (FDM). Ensure exceptional order entry accuracy.
- Liaise with our 3PL (3rd(Third) Party Logistics) provider to track lost parcels, provide shipping updates, coordinate inbound and outbound bulk inventory deliveries
- Assist with the day to day management of the inventory system (Unleashed) - checking stock levels for eCommerce, entering draft purchase orders and sales orders for review and approval.
- Assist with social media activities including but not limited to:
- Content creation (basic)
- Writing video editing briefs for our agency
- Community moderation (moderate, reply and manage social media comments and queries on ads and posts)
- Assist with coordinating micro influencer gifting, send-outs and provide support to our digital agency on product and brand information
- Assist with key market export activities including export paperwork, researching export requirements for new (and existing) markets, liaising with freight forwarders and contract manufacturers to support the FurFresh growth in new markets.
**Experience**:
- Previous customer service experience will be highly regarded
- Previous office-based administration or marketing experience will be highly regarded
- Intermediate level of MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint). Proficiency with basic excel formulas.
- Experience with Canva highly regarded
- Strong experience with Facebook, Instagram, TikTOK - experience with Meta Business Suite highly regarded

**Qualifications**
- Currently undertaking or recently graduated from a bachelor’s degree (or higher) - business administration, marketing, commerce and media specialties highly regarded
- HSC or equivalent
Hours for this role are flexible and whilst some in-office time will be required for physical tasks, much of the work will be able to be done remotely. Laptop and moblie provided.

**Salary**: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
